Our 2020 class is almost complete. We will hear from Maliq in about a month on his decision between us and Georgia. I still think we are the team to beat for him, or at least I hope so.

As far as Austin, this was posted yesterday. We still have all 5 crystal balls in our favor.

Recruiting Notes: Southfield A&T vs. Clarkston

- While he remains uncommitted, I still see Purdue as the team to beat for defensive tackle Bryce Austin.

Who is the OT that they seem to be the most likely to get?

After that I assume, we are out of spots.

Good to hear. Hadn't heard anything on the recruiting front in a little while.

Might be a good time to revisit this discussion. Sounds like Purdue is potentially in good position with Austin. Also seem to be in o-lineman Oxendine's top few finalists. There was another o-lineman who Purdue seemed to get involved with relatively late(can't remember his name). Anyone have a better idea of where Purdue stands with the final options to complete this class? With the departure of the TE this week that will open up another spot - will the staff use that on a class of '20 lineman or look at transfers for next year?

Ox is a d line recruit.

Yeah the OL that IU already offered... can’t think of the name either...polish sounding maybe...

Thanks. Wonder if it's an either/ or situation with he and Austin.
Carry would obviously take a spot so I'm guessing 2 to 3 other spots at most along with him.
Ox isn’t going to purdue

Not sure it's who you're thinking of but James Pogorelc from Virginia is the kid to whom I was referring. Another option appears to be Randy Holtz from Ft. Wayne(Snider).

If they wanted Holtz, he would have committed by now.
