Nice win…Colvin’s coming out game. Painter do NOT play Harris over Colvin!
Nah, I think you want 5 on 4 on the receiving end...there's a better chance to tip it.Braden was too out of control down the stretch. Seriously, what happened to his decision making.
Loyer: just shoot the damn ball! That backwards pass was so stupid.
And why didn't we/Cam/CMP guard the kid on the inbounds pass at the end? At least be near him to be a tad more uncomfortable on final shot, vs WIDE OPEN....
I think that Braden is trying to carry the team when he really doesn’t have to. He’s got a lot of talent surrounding him.Braden was too out of control down the stretch. Seriously, what happened to his decision making.

FTs and bad TOs. Fix those, Painter, and you have a very good team.Helluva game , must admit I didn't think we'd win it, too many missed FT's
the one guy on Sleepers said 79 -76 Purdue, pretty closeBoilers pull it out 80-78. TKR leads with 25. Myles Colvin with a huge 20 points, including the put-back game winner. Braden Smith 18/6/11. Helluva finish for the Boilers.
Ole Miss really fell in love with taking bad 3s the last few minutes.
Colvin did start and obviously should beI would think this puts Colvin in the starting lineup where he belongs.
U are a Debbie DownerUpdate …double digit win by Ole Miss.
it's sooo nice having a coach to make adjustments and knowing how to coachI see alot of people saying ole miss was taking bad shots at the end and some of that is true but Painter made the adjustment to switch the ball screen completely on the 1 to 5 pick and roll instead of having the 5 help with the dribble. After ole miss stopped getting open to wide open shots from that action their offense fell apart.
scores, rebounds , and blocks shotsYes, Colvin's starting spot from here on out should be secured at this point. He adds so much on multiple levels.
I wondered the same when I saw we had zero bench points midway in the 2nd halfWhat happened to Cox?
Solid defender and can create his own shot. Team was having issues making stops all second half.
The regular season is for building guys for tourney time.

That's what you took from this classic game? Your life must suck.…like the stretch when the Rebels out scored US by 20 points.
Bench production will be limited this season with Furst, Cox and Harris. I’m not expecting much of freshman.
…..and teach Furst how to bleeping DUNK!FTs and bad TOs. Fix those, Painter, and you have a very good team.
Hey Tex, the" Utes " are on nowBoilers pull it out 80-78. TKR leads with 25. Myles Colvin with a huge 20 points, including the put-back game winner. Braden Smith 18/6/11. Helluva finish for the Boilers.
And hold on to the ball in traffic.…..and teach Furst how to bleeping DUNK!
Started last 2 gamesI would think this puts Colvin in the starting lineup where he belongs.
And go up strong…..and teach Furst how to bleeping DUNK!
What?Final 3 possessions by Smith were brutal as well. 2 timeouts and that was the plays?
Colvin saved the coaching staff.
So Colvin should never sit?Nice win…Colvin’s coming out game. Painter do NOT play Harris over Colvin!
Some are patheticReady to give up on Purdue in the thread.....and now want to give up on the frosh.
Mr. Pessimistic.
Absolutely, because we will see the exact opposite tomorrow nightit's sooo nice having a coach to make adjustments and knowing how to coach
AgreeThat's what you took from this classic game? Your life must suck.
Burgess has been only getting a minute or so a game just to get him in this game was too close.Great win but absolutely hate playing only 7
CJ Cox hurt?
Where was Burgess?
I'll have to watch again, but how did Purdue outrebound them by 11 and get 13 fewer shot attempts?
