Purdue vs. Michigan: MASTER DISCUSSION THREAD

40-36, Boilers trail at the half.....all things considered, it could be worse. Almost a flip of the game in Ann Arbor in the sense that Michigan had control most of the time.

Purdue needs the effort from the last six minutes or so the entire 2nd half.

Not really sure what the heck to expect though. A lot of action for the casual spectator.......but plenty of Boilerepherine for Purdue followers.

Furst and TKR with 6 boards apiece. Colvin with some good moments despite some questionable calls going against him.

Purdue with just 4 assists (Smith and Loyer - 2 each).

Both teams with just 3 turnovers with all that mayhem.

Agree, with Loyer ice cold and rhe Boilers not playing well, 4 point game is ok.

Smith and Loyer got to shoot better, too much reliance on TKR and he needs to pass it a little instead of forcing

They've had some good looks. Gotta agree with Hummel - stagnant too much, and to me that's been an issue a lot the last half of the season.

TKR with a little more patience would have some kick-outs available - Michigan is crashing down.

I’d like to think Purdue won’t be as bad on offense as they were in that first half.

Braden and Fletch are waaaay overdue to catch fire.

Hopefully, there is not a "hold my beer" performance for 2nd half. Fletch did get a lot of good attempts, and then even one of the non-attempts (shooting foul) does everything but go in.
