Going to be a good game today and expect Michigan to hit more 3 point baskets than they did at Purdue.

They are at home and very comfortable in their gym.....even though they have lost a few there this year.

If Purdue can control the boards on each end, cut down on turnovers, get high percentage good shots (aka feed the post), get Michigan in foul trouble to get into their bench and hit our free throws, we should win this one by at least 7 points. (which is a bunch for a road win against a top 6 in the Big Ten team).

I see AJ/Haas having big games down low and Edwards and Biggie with big games in rebounding and cleaning up the missed shots around the rim.

I also think Mathias and Cline have big games as well from the 3 point line........

Stephens will get more minutes too in this game because of his length in guarding against the 3 pointer.

Ok last observation from last game.....when Hill and Davis drive to the basket and finish strong and aggressive it picks our team up and also gives us a chance at the line.

I wouldn't count on Davis shooting from the outside in this game, but would like to see him go to the basket and get fouled and make the free throws.......

Our height, length and depth win this game for us today......

Will be a great game I think with Purdue winning it late in the 4th.....

Purdue 86 Michigan 79

Thanks! I'm pretty good right now. I took a nap so there's obviously not much to it at this point, just the player listings, haha. I'll try to add some more, just for something to read until tip-off.

Our advantage stays with the inside. Threes should only be taken by wide open shooters. Otherwise pound the post.

Especially on the road. Nothing deflates you like missing a bunch of 3s, especially on the road. Purdue needs to play with CONFIDENCE in the post though too. AJ/Isaac shooting fadeaways away from the basket isn't helpful.

I like how we are trying to get more assists for the big men. That alone opens up the inside enough to allow us to use our strength. It seems it has been a focus lately.
