I actually think our receiving core looks pretty solid and Card has a good arm. Last year it seemed like the only guy that could get open was Jones. At least that was my thought when Jones was getting 50% of the targets. So, whether it's the scheme or the receivers, guys are getting open.

I dont want to imagine this offense (sans the short yardage) without Card.
If this boat keeps sinking that is exactly what you’re going to see next year after Card hits the portal.
Card was biggest problem last night with his fumbles
what about Mock? Card had 3, to me one was on him. The 1st one he was stopped on 4th down play in fact a fumble there into the EZ could have been a benefit, the 2nd he got blind sided.
Is he now just another player who will fade into obscurity like too many others?

I have to give credit where it is due. I was worried it would not be completed in time and had the risk of disappointing our fans as a result of rushed execution. It looks great on TV.
