Where the heck did this guy come from?

Been at Ark for 3 seasons, 2019-2022. One season tournament was covid cancelled, the other two in the Elite 8.

Quickest path to post season success I’ve ever seen. Anyone know how he’s accomplished this? Is he that good of a coach?
