Ot: pg back in Indy tonight

Always felt the best reaction for any fan base to show to a player that left their city on bad terms would be to simply pretend like he's not a big deal to them. That's the ultimate show of disrespect to the player, showing him that you don't care that he's gone or coming back or anything about him. That he left no legacy to the fans here.

I've never really seen a fan base pull this off for any player of significance though. I'm also certain an NBA fan base won't be the first to pull it off.

He did a lot for the team. That's what I remember. Some are mad that he wanted out but you can't dwell on that.

I'll always have a warm spot for PG.

Mainly because I had no expectations when we drafted him and he was such a pleasant Revelation so early. Plus he has a brilliantly fun game to watch when he gets it going.

That said. He's not good enough to be a #1 on a title contending team- not that there's really any shame in that. That list is maybe 3-5 players long at Any one time.
