Hubby and I spent overnight in RV near Purdue as we passed through… Had him up early and off to the TripleXXX for breakfast( but not in the 40’ Class A 🙈). First time I had been there to eat in 53 years!! It was great and still very much the same. Was a Sunday morning so lots of students treating their hangovers with greasy hamburgers or fried breakfast potatoes. Water on the floor behind the counter with towels down and staff working over it. My husband was shocked at how many people passed through while we were eating and is telling all our NC neighbors how long the line was just to pay at the cash register… He thinks it was great! After hearing me talk about Harry’s for years that’s our next stop he says but it was Sunday and we needed to get on the road. Oh yes, almost forgot-I mentioned to our waiter I hadn’t been back to eat there in 53 years and he announced it to the whole place!!! Boiler Nation is just so great…🖤💛🖤💛🖤
