A blowout loss to Northwestern...and a loss to Nebrask.

Why would you tell the people that are pro-Painter that Crean could be our coach? Your title is confusing. Also I'm not strongly on either side of the fence, but this post makes no logical sense. How could Crean be our coach? By that same logic Roy Williams, Coach K, or Jay Wright could be our coach.Just a reminder
"Painter haters". Reading comprehension is a wonderful thingWhy would you tell the people that are pro-Painter that Crean could be our coach? Your title is confusing. It took a Crean fan to post on a Purdue forum about how great Two Tone Tommy is.Well seeing as how Crean's tournament record looks elite compared to Painter's, do you really wanna go there. And i by no means think Crean is a great coach, but to think Painter is heads and shoulders above him is laughable. But hey be happy you have your mediocre coach over ours.
You said "anti-painter haters", as in people that are against the anti-painter folks. Reading comprehension really is a wonderful thing. I'm embarrassed that you got a degree from Purdue."Painter haters". Reading comprehension is a wonderful thingWhy would you tell the people that are pro-Painter that Crean could be our coach? Crean is elite indeed. He is in a class by himself in many ways. No other coach is so universally loathed/disrespected within his chosen profession. No other coach exhibits the behavior of a highly-caffeinated baboon with trouser issues stomping along the sidelines. No other college coach in the history of the state of Indiana has alienated so many high school coaches. And no other coach has walked out of a Bloomington Kinko's with a placard that reads "CALL OUT SCREENS."Well seeing as how Crean's tournament record looks elite compared to Painter's, do you really wanna go there. 2 out of 4 outright B1G titles
breaking news. we already lost to nebraska. If we lose to northwestern then what will you say?A blowout loss to Northwestern...and a loss to Nebrask.

The standards are always changing.Have the standards been lowered, or are you just in an argumentative mood?
Where does this Crean guy tend bar?The standards are always changing.
You can't hide from the fact that he took the most talented team the B1G has seen in several years, dominated the season nationally and got blown out in the Sweet 16.Does that mean wed have 2 sweet 16s and 2 B1G chanpionships in the last 4 years?
And we can't forget this jewel by the Terrific Two Tone Tan Man:You can't hide from the fact that he took the most talented team the B1G has seen in several years, dominated the season nationally and got blown out in the Sweet 16.
And we can't forget this jewel by the Terrific Two Tone Tan Man:
5. Kansas 94, Marquette 61; 2003 semifinal (33 points)
Before losing a heartbreaker to Syracuse for the national title, Kanas demolished the Tom Crean/Dwyane Wade-led Golden Eagles. The game was over by halftime, with the Jayhawks taking an absurd 59-30 lead into the locker room after 20 minutes. Wade scored a team-high 19 points for Marquette, but the Eagles were no match for the Jayhawks, who had five players -
Based on player ratings, IU has had the most talent in the B1G for the past several years. You can't hide from the fact that he took the most talented team the B1G has seen in several years, dominated the season nationally and got blown out in the Sweet 16.
Crean could win the next ten Big Ten championships outright and a few NCs thrown in and I still wouldn't want him as head basketball coach of Purdue University. He is clearly insane, a walking Internet meme, and a punchline.Does that mean wed have 2 sweet 16s and 2 B1G chanpionships in the last 4 years?
Didn't see the game but caught his post game comment with Bardo on the court and he was talking through the camera to OG...just weird! He reminds me of that friend we all had growing up that was a total dork but tried to act cool, and he was the only one that didn't know he sounded totally fake. I could never imagine painter or any of the other B10 coaches talking like that. I don't get why kids and parents agree to play for him. Very odd person, and he needs to lay off the caffeine before his head explodes.Crean could win the next ten Big Ten championships outright and a few NCs thrown in and I still wouldn't want him as head basketball coach of Purdue University. The losses were happening prior to the injuries. They are just continuing now.Was Crean ever a serious candidate for the Purdue job? If so, that's news to me.
I'm as surprised as anybody about how the losses have piled up for Indiana this year, but so have the injuries.
Injuries are never an excuse, of course, but any team is going to take a hit with 2 (or is it 3) starters on the bench..
