Wolegib made a comment in a post a few days ago that with teh newcomers Matt might try a different approach and I basically responded to that days later. Any coach that still has a job caters to his strength. Unlike so many jobs, coaches many times are exclusively judged on performance typically aligned with winning. When you have AJ, Haas and Biggie...you use them more than others. Matt wants the most effective offensive and defensive team possible and each year he has a "different" team and each game within that team might differ in approach throughout the game or segments of the game. People perpetuate in the media and casually innocently the data that was manufactured by the coache's approach. Matt has shown 1) bigs can get to the next level 2) guards can get to the next level 3)players dictate who gets the most opportunities and ultimately how successful they are. It was a good interview...Dan respects Matt
