This one hurts a bit to drop one at home to a Maryland team that has underperformed.
There was a little dust-up in the handshake line, and I don't think it had anything to do with Juwan Howard.
Saw that, one of the Illinois people refused to shake Reese's hand. It looked like some assistant or trainer type person. Towards the back of the line. Didn't see any follow up on reason?
I heard it was Nick Anderson. That dude was a fun player to watch back in the day….when he wasn’t playing Purdue of course.

Every big ten win is made of gold and cannot be taken for granted. I hate all things maryland but their coach is teaching ball the right way with great defense and high energy much like Pickel did with RU. If they can get the offensive side of the ball figured out they can be top 5 in the league.
Other than likely new #1 UConn lots of top ten going down.
