Some are completely pissed, many are overwhelmingly disappointed. I understand everyone's feelings and I certainly don't want to diminish other Knuckleheads thoughts, feelings, emotions and many justified criticisms.
IMO, this tournament blunder would probably be painfully accepted and maybe even forgivable to most of us, if we wouldn't have been coming off of another season of devastating on-field football performance. If we would have seen a resurgence with the football team, rather than a complete BBOS on the field, everyone would be happier and more satisfied with the Athletic Department. Our pride has taken an enormous beating on the football field and a first round tourney exit in basketball doesn't help.
This team was good and I enjoyed watching them play. I just wish I could watch them play more games.
