If you saw his postgame interview, it was even more impressive. He literally talked the coaching staff out of swallowing that last possession and they just humored him… ended up being a game difference maker. He willed it to happpen!

Exactly. The “play it safe” mentality is often all too present at Purdue.

If you want to break through the ceiling, have to change that mentality. Good on Jones.
