Would think stable programs would turnover 10ish guys a year. Places like Purdue with a new coaching staff will see the 25%+ number of turnover. Hopefully the staff can get everyone on the same page quickly enough to be a competent team.

It will be a learning curve for the staff to work together along with all these new players. It’s tough to have a totally new staff without any continuity.
