The St Louis Eagles wing who has a Purdue offer said he will put out a list of a final eight late next week. He would only commit to Illinois and Missouri to make that cut.
There's some reason to think Purdue will make it but Goodwin just said, 'possibly.'
Goodwin is a little Roosevelt Jones-ish in that he doesn't have a specific position and he's not the biggest forward or most athletic guard but he's tough as hell and produces against everyone.
He'd have been high-Power Five football recruit as a tight end had he gone that route.
