I know that the site is driven by premium members and so forth, but for those of us who simply can't afford the money for the membership, it was nice to get some content every once in awhile. At one point, it was about a 50/50 split and the matchups portion was provided last week and now it looks like it isn't this week. I'll still be around and sharing my thoughts and opinions, but it was nice to be thrown a bone every once in awhile with a quality article or insight.

When your FB team is in the tank is a great time to raise revenue. Just ask Purdue and the parking garage decision.

It depends on what you consider "premium". I had a membership for several years and canceled this past year. I don't feel like I've missed anything. As many sites as there are, info is available.

A lot like most print medium today it's hard to stay ahead of the news cycle and still make money. Most newspapers will not have a print edition in 10 years. I have chosen not to pay for premium membership because I don't believe there is any news today that I can't wait for. Nothing stays secret for long with the immediacy of the internet and social media.

A lot in the summer was free to give a view of what they provide and entice you to join once fb and bb start up.

Siboiler is correct you can wait and get a lot of it. I pay for their particular analysis. I like mike Carmin but he can only see so much. The rest are spotty. Jmo

I noticed this too, a lot of things I had access to last year I feel like I don't

Everything we had last season is the same in terms of premium vs. free. We've added some new features -- because of a change in our Express digital presentation -- so it may look like there are more premium things now.

Thanks Stacy. Like Nat said, I would love to have the content strictly for to hear you, Alan, and John's analysis but simply can't afford it at this point.

I hear you. We appreciate you visiting the site and reading what you can. Hope some day you can jump on board the KHC train. :)

Keep in mind, too, that we have the Monday and Friday radio shows that are free in which we offer up plenty of opinions. The LIVE "TV" show is Fridays at 2 p.m., and we take questions then, too.

Stacy, have you stopped linking the Fort Wayne articles? They don't require membership like Lafayette and Indy.
