It's quite glaring when pointed out by someone (presumably a coach or former player) who really knows what to look for. It's just a matter of how often a team gets called out for it.
I'm quite sure that many other teams are capable of similar mistakes, even our beloved Boilers, just not nearly so often.
It is funny though.
