Nah, that's not accurate. You said that he was reporting the information he did around Catchings because that's what people want to hear. That's journalistic integrity, not moderating integrity. I don't give a crap, just saying.

I'm sure that there were some outliers who defended Nojel's shooting but I don't recall many. Most knew that he couldn't shoot for shit.

The debate I recall was some saying that he was such an offensive liability that he had no business being on the floor with the other side arguing that he wasn't as bad offensively as was being made out and made up for it with his defense, rebounding and athleticism.

People here like amatuer athletics, like it's been for 100 years.
If we want to watch pro's the NBA is on tv all the time.

There are going to be two kinds of teams who have competed in the arenas Purdue basketball has. Those that keep up with the times and those who are relegated to a lower level.

This IU team had two nba lotteries and underachieved all year. Purdue had a 19 year old backcourt and overachieved. We weren’t supposed to be ranked or a 1 seed. We win the big and the big tournament when IU was supposed to. Yet you guys trash Purdue. I would be irate as an IU fan. I was more upset with Painter last year. I do agree Painter needs to figure some shit out. There is no excuse for this IU performance. Our backcourt is basically high school kids.

What were Florida Atlantic's expectations? What advantages does FAU have that makes them a better basketball program in March?

And they’re loving that.. when they said no more boosters and Purdue moved away from guys like Roy meter in football.. Ohio state and Michigan were like “dopes… let’s hit the gas on these guys boys”
