The truth is that the Purdue base just doesn’t care that much about Purdue sports.
I’m sure there are several reasons for this but the two undeniable facts are
1. Purdue has the 10th largest alumni base in the country with over 500,000 graduates
2. The JPC has less than 2000 members which includes non-graduates and all businesses interested in supporting Purdue sports in any meaningful way.
That is pathetic. We just can’t get there from here….
