We'll never be happy losing to the Clowns, but this is a "good" loss (needed in the big picture).
Time to refocus and listen intently when the coaches are preaching.
Especially about those lazy lob passes that teams are obviously playing to stop.
They will be better for this loss come tourney time.

That was the most frustrating thing to me other than the missed FTs.
Some of the turnovers you attribute to good defense. I might even say Braden’s TO at the end was due to that because IU played great defense and the shot clock was winding down. Was it a good pass? No, but he didn’t have a lot of options.
On the other hand you had like 6 TOs from lazy passes that were poked away by IU guards. To me that’s unacceptable. That is where I think Painter is right that a lot of it is just lack of concentration and mental toughness.
