Go find another Marcus Freeman to add to your staff. One of the downsides of increased asst salaries for Hazell staff....he ended up with too many "career assts".
Freeman had one of the weakest resumes...yet has probably done the best job of any position coach. Same thing happened in Tiller era..."up and comers" vastly outperformed the more established coaches that replaced them.
My advice to Hazell..don't be afraid to take a chance on another Marcus Freeman, Chaney, Spack, Olson, T Williams, Hagen, Sumlin, Emmanuel. All these guys had relatively weak resumes when hired by Purdue.
