That's my point. if the current laws don't work for your needs, you are in control of all3 branches of government. Go write laws, that don't violate the constitution, that is better suited for your needs of removing lots of illegal immigrants quickly.
But what we shouldn't allow an executive to do is commit lawless acts. The executive branch shouldn't get to just declare someone a terrorist (perhaps the person is, perhaps not, it doesn't matter) and then disappear them to some foreign gulag without due process or recourse.
There is no ends that justifies allowing our country to peter down the road to authoritarian fascism. Some may be more comfortable decrying it once it's well down that path. I would rather we halted it at the first step. Remove people in lawful ways.
