Dems built a highrise @ $600,000 per unit for homeless.

How many of you live in $600,000 plus homes?

How long until the homeless tear this place apart and sell off piece by piece what they can for drugs and alcohol? Dem policy is just stupid on occasion....but this is absurdly dumb.

Some Dems get it closer to correct. Here is an Indiana answer. Hopefully, they will figure the essential design elements needed to prevent the homeless from gutting the places for drugs/alcohol.

I have seen designs on these from $13,000 to $50,000 per unit....with the $13K just being a sleeping cabin only....the 50K adding restroom and kitchenette.

I favor the $13K sleeping cabin with shared restroom/shower facility nearby. As this should be stop gap housing the homeless, once treated should transition OUT of.
