Making my first trip to R-A for the season. I assume the days of parking on the fairways are gone forever with the Ackerman renovation. However, can fans at least walk on the fairways this season, to throw a ball around etc?

Nope, you can still park there but not on the freeways. They have those areas roped off and the rough/out of bounds are still there for tailgating.
