Just was over for an interview with Painter and will have some stuff to come but a couple quick notes from what he said and some other stuff he didn’t necessarily say
- It will be the ‘start of school’ most likely when Brian Waddell is cleared for full contact, probably the same for Caleb Furst. Braden Smith is out til July. Not rushing anyone back and they can do stuff before they’re technically full contact.
-Jared Wulbrun is the new GA as I already told you.
- looks like Purdue is hiring Jason Kabo from UNLV as it’s new strength coach.
- he did say they are waiting for some NBA guys to pull out of the draft to recruit as transfers as I already told you.
- lots of thoughts on NIL and stuff that will make for a story.
