that guy has one of the most punchable faces ever.

After Grayson gets T'd up (rightfully so,) what could Coach K be possibly be whining about to the ref?

Great meltdown by Allen on the bench. He has some negative karma coming his way.. what a baby - beyotch..

Shows you coach K's true character. Grayson's gonna do it to the wrong guy on the wrong day and get what's left of his teeth knocked down his throat. And I'll laugh.

That dude has a screw loose. Trips the dude. Talks sh#t to the guy like he did nothing wrong. Gets called for a tech after official review and the entire arena saw the replay. Loses his mind on the bench again as if he did nothing wrong. Not to mention that it was a huge game against..........Elon?

psycho

That kid has Aspbergers Syndrome if ever I saw it (mild end of the autism spectrum). I am no doctor, and though I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, I know a half dozen kids with it including some family members and I'd bet a Ruth's Chris dinner that that is what he has after watching his body language, particularly when the coach restrained him. A coach normally would not immediately go in and restrain a player's wrists like that, they'd be bitching him out for his dumbass THIRD time tripping. And if he did go ape shit like that they'd immediately show him who is boss and send his ass to the locker room. The coaches know he suffers from this, no doubt about it. Also explains why he continues to play, and it is something they cannot and would not disclose so fans could sympathize.

I watched that meltdown. That kid has some serious emotional problems and I'm not kidding. That would be concerning for a 10 year old but for a sophomore in college? Wow.

If that's the case, I can sympathize. Don't want to be harsh if that's the situation. It may come out now that the full display is public. If that's not the case he needs discipline before he hurts someone.

Also can you imagine what the topics would be on this board if we were losing to Elon at halftime? Whew

My son his some mild characteristics of it and my nephew has it. Didn't initially think about it, but after you pointed it out, yeah you can see it. There is something in them that snaps, and they lose it, you just have to calm them down and they will recompose and be fine then, and no one is harder on the my son or nephew than themselves, so you really don't have to go beyond calming them down as they are going to beat themselves up plenty over it.

Now if this is the case, it probably would be better if an assistant coach saw the melt down coming and took him back to the locker room to calm down and recompose himself instead of right there on the bench.

I think he is simply a super competitive guy who let's that fire go too far in the heat of battle. He needs to be taught a lesson and coach K needs to grow a pair and suspend him. If he doesn't, I guarantee someone is gonna take a swing at him if it happens again and he will deserve it.

If we match up with them in the tournament I hope he tries his craft on Haas. Probably end up breaking his own leg from the impact. If he has Aspbergers it needs to be addressed. If he's just a jackwagon he and the deity that is his coach need to be woodshedded.

Reminds me of Psycho-T or N. Suh. Super competitive to the point of losing the ability to control emotions.

Allen suspended indefinitely. Yeah! Funny how coach K changed his tune from last night. Lying about what he said to a player last year at the end of a game and now this. Its time for coach K to retire while he still has some integrity!

what's the over/under on games missed? I say he misses 3 max.

3 cupcake games then he will be back. I think that is about right. Another incident occurs after that and then it will get serious. Or should.

I don't know their schedule but there aren't a lot of cupcake games in the ACC.

Hoosiers better not even bring it up...

That looks more than a little bit like Allen who gets "re-directed" by Elston in that video! Did he spend a pre-transfer year or two at Northwestern? This could explain a lot; the unraveling of the Grayson Allen psyche. ;)

Cheers; a pretty good start for IU, PU, ND, and Butler, and therefore a good year for State of Indiana college hoops. We are gonna have some fun IU/PU battles, and that's a very good thing.

He doesn't have integrity. I'm not sure he ever really has had it. He probably was pressured into suspending him by the ACC Commisioner. He was not going to suspend Allen himself since he played him for 16 out of 20 minutes in the second half: the tripping incident happened in the first half.

Tripping the guy was a terrible decision. I don't think his reaction was bad. He was legitimately pissed at himself for making the mistake so I don't see what the big deal is about it. Would people rather have him smiling on the bench after? Plus every time I watch IU I see Thomas Bryant going nuts in a similiar manner to simple calls .
