keeps the NFL Draft streak alive for one more year!

Let's see if Jordan Roos makes it two this season with a late round pick as well.

Who are the Boilers most likely to be drafted next season as that is the one that may end the streak (considering it is now Hazell's players to keep the streak alive).

Depending on their seasons;

Bentley
Ezchuckwu (spelling)
Robinson

Do McCollum or Okoyne count if they get drafted?

Congratulations to DeAngelo.I am thrilled that this young man got drafted by my favorite team despite playing on four losing teams and playing with three different Qbs.

It appears a lot of teams made their draft decisions yesterday more on athletic talent than on actual performance which may be good for Purdue players!

I followed the Packers draft and almost every one of their players was drafted based on stats and combine performance! They wanted height and speed! Some said their 7th round pick Wr Dupree from LSU was a steal and criticized his QB! Many said Yancy's stock rose after his shrine game and after combine workouts! Their third round DT pick from Auburn was a classic under achiever, but had 4.8 speed! Their RB froM BYU was suspended! It became clear all of their picks were based on potential and performance after the season and not from game film!

Boilermakers should be happy many GMs use this philosophy, but not all do!

I was a little surprised the Packers took DeAngelo with their 5th round pick. He had a fine senior season and a pretty solid overall career; definitely made some big plays. But he didn't really show the extra effort that's usually required to make an NFL team for a guy whose athleticism/skills are just so-so by NFL standards.

I certainly congratulate him and wish him the best.
