I think we made Jackson mad. he's thrown for 400 yards and 3 TD, ran for 130 yards and 3 TDs and Williams ran for 150 yards. they have over 700 yards in total offense with 3 minutes left in their game.

they've scored 47 points. North Carolina has 28 points, but only 330 yards.

I am beginning to think our D is pretty darn good. It appears we are able to cause problems for the running game without overloading the box and exposing the corners. Our second level of 4, 36, and 21 has been outstanding. If the offense can play with a low level of turnovers we could be looking at a bowl team.

Both northwestern and Iowa looked like beatable teams today. Although Iowa was down by 7, punted with 3 minutes left, and somehow scored, was scored upon and scored again I those 3 minutes. that game had a wild ending.

I do believe that the definition of a winable game has changed dramatically in the last two weeks.

UNC is pretty mediocre this year. They got beat by Cal before playing Louisville. New QB, lost lots of skill position players, and they've never had a great defense. But it says a lot that we were able to contain them as much as we did.
