Is Brunk going to be playing AAU ball on the same team as Simpson and Cumberland this summer? Saw a tweet regarding that but thought he lived too far away for something like that to happen

What is the reasoning behind this for those more in tune with the AAU circuit. Is it just a high profile tourney he's showing up for? If it's only two games I don't see how it can be beneficial to the teams to have a guy come in for two games then leave? Only thing I can think of is there are people on the team he wants to play with a bit, but it's still kind of strange to me to be for only 2 games.

I think it could be some behind the scenes workings to possibly see if the players enjoy spending time in real life situations with each other and to see how their skills match up. Not a bad idea if the three of them have discussed playing with each other in college to do this. Hell, if I was good enough to be playing at a high major basketball program, I would seek out a player or two to try and pair up with. It seems that is becoming more and more the way to go with major players latching on with other top talent as part of a package deal.
