And Biden is too dumb to understand raising rates on zero, doesn't change anything. Those same corporations would still be paying zero under Biden's plan. Most of the mainstream media is too dumb to understand this as well.
Sinema's plan at least addresses the myth that Biden keeps selling to naive people. A minimum tax that is structured correctly would address the issue of some corporations not paying corporate taxes.
