Assistant Coaches arrested for Fraud

I distinctly remember both Barnes and Swanigan being investigated by the NCAA for over a month before the NCAA allowed his Purdue scholarship to be approved. I am confident the NCAA review committee did a very thorough investigation.

Feel free to be naive.

Any recruit five star recruit, especially within the last five years, got paid. If they didn't get paid - their families or handlers got paid. That is how this works.

Nike's EYBL grassroots division, along with documents, have been subpoenaed by FBI in furtherance of investigation. You better hope the crew cleaned their hands, because you know who played on Indy Heat - Swanigan. If you didn't know Indy Heat is a EYBL affiliate and Swanigan is a EYBL alumni.

Whether you want to believe it or not Purdue had to get their hands dirty to land Swanigan. Barnes pimped him out and this is not new news to anyone around the circuits.

Barnes net worth is 19 million. i don't think he had to pimp anyone out. just sayin....
For Barnes to take any money under the table is nuts. He would jeopardize far, far more in legally obtained commissions from his legit business. Anyone suggesting otherwise just hasn't thought this through, or is just trolling.
