Cincinatti will never be able to get a coach incentives. That's where incentives are so sooooo important. Big ten title. BCS... Bowl game... Big bowl game. So many ways to issue incentives as a part of coaching pay. It's also a great way to keep a coach on board similarly exacty how WVU just extended their coaches contract. If we can't get him then go Bohl or go Chris K. Personally I'd like to see some nasty defense out there more than offense. Nasty defense. Bring that back to Purdue. Incentives pay for themselves. Make the incentives very attractive.
