If we thought Illinois played tough....with their undermanned, under talented roster...Iowa will be less fun. Purdue needs a HUGE bounce back EFFORT to keep us on NIT schedule. My fear is with our offensive liabilities...we are in trouble big time against an Iowa team that just got punished at the Kohl.
Fran has his kids playing hard...Matt has our kids reeling and underperforming (3 years running).
Then it's a hot IU....today that game does not look all that fun.
Need a win. Need to show some courage and character. Our NIT back is against the wall. We have not shown a lot of fight lately.
