NOT having great portal guys is the exception in today's game. I think Purdue might be the only top 20 team without them. But as we saw this year,vwe need them for next year

Yep, the portal can be very effective, or it can be a failure. Another challenge for coaches to get correct. I'm sure we'll see how CMP does it this off-season!

Apparently, he was the 296th ranked portal player after the 23-24 season. Talk about finding a diamond in the rough!

He was coming off an injury his last year at Colorado State. Good player prior to that injury. But he has blossomed at WI for sure.
