6-6 firm due to Defense and Special Teams showed improvement. Sustain it and 6-6
7-5 possible if O-Line improves.
I think you are right.Illinois,Nebraska, and Northwestern all look beatable.Heck,I think Purdue has chances against Iowa and Minnesota if they dont fall behind early and let their o lines grind them down.Purdue should win next week and IU may have had a devestating loss yesterday.Michigan State ran all over Northwestern but that Kenneth Walker of the Spartans wont look that good every week. The Boilers have little chances of topping ND and OSU but I dont think any other foe on the schedule is a whole lot better.Boiler up!6-6 firm due to Defense and Special Teams showed improvement. Plummer passed to Milton Wright once and didn’t appear to even look see that direction. It’s like when Deion sanders used to cut off a whole half of the field .. except it’s happening cause plummer just doesn’t look that wayWorry about the running game plus Plummer. Plummer doesn't have the arm to rely on him winning it, and we won't be able to rely on Horvath breaking tackles all season.
He said in the post game interview that the coaches told him to only work half of the field since their safeties were playing so deep. I imagine that Bell and the slot receiver is probably his primary reads on most plays to the first sidePlummer passed to Milton Wright once and didn’t appear to even look see that direction.
