I agree. Probably limiting the amount of paid-to-play players should be limited. Recruiting should be our priority and sprinkle-in a portal guy or 2 (should be our limit). You mean just like Indinia did? Great "plan" there lenny!

limited? You think Purdue had limited players which received NIl?I agree. Probably limiting the amount of paid-to-play players should be limited. Recruiting should be our priority and sprinkle-in a portal guy or 2 (should be our limit).
I think he means guys you go out and buy, not the base NIL that all Purdue players get or the upside for guys like Zach and Braden.limited? You think Purdue had limited players which received NIl?
Yep which is what helped the program get to a FF last season.I agree. Probably limiting the amount of paid-to-play players should be limited. Recruiting should be our priority and sprinkle-in a portal guy or 2 (should be our limit).
Just limiting the incoming players through the portal vs. developing/paying our players that are already on our team that we have spent time recruiting, developing and stayed committed to Purdue.limited? You think Purdue had limited players which received NIl?
But we are a top 10 offense in the nation? And whose fault is it the offense is stuck into pnr ? Thompson or Painter
not physical enough
Do we need physical vs scoring when TKR is out? I wonder if Caleb was a threat to score how would this offense look. I wouldn't mind having that ability on our bench.not physical enough
Couldn't disagree more. The portal is just getting going for the year. No way to know that Freeman is the best option or even fits what CMP wants. Way too early to make this statement.Owen Freeman is on table with that being said No one else matters.
for a big, he does a good job on the ball...just not a real rim protector and low post player depending. He does however provide perimeter D for a big...I just think there are times he switches and shouldn't as it causes problems quite often. THAT said, it may be more of a coaches decision in trying to contain the dribble than Caleb's desires. Are you conflating blocking shots with playing defense for Furst? Caleb is a very good defender.
He is on a do not contact list - so unless Purdue is one of those names he will transfer to, we are out.Couldn't disagree more. The portal is just getting going for the year. No way to know that Freeman is the best option or even fits what CMP wants. Way too early to make this statement.
going to Creighton or Mich, I think Schwieger is most doableOwen Freeman is on table with that being said No one else matters.
Might be one of the best transfer highlight video I have ever seen.
He’s not a bad player, saw him play a couple times. Seemed aggressive on offense…
Cooper Schweiger from Valpo is a good player that would be a nice add for Purdue.Owen Freeman is on table with that being said No one else matters.
No problem for me either way with him. I just didn't agree with oldboiler that he was the one and only choice for us. Even if we are on his "list" I wouldn't automatically say he is the best option. That's all I was saying. He is on a do not contact list - so unless Purdue is one of those names he will transfer to, we are out.
So I sat beside Cam's dad in the Carmel sectional for a couple of games. Cam's grandad played at Butler and knew my brother-in-law...such a small world. Cam came out and turned the game around for Westfield in the 3 quarter as he hit some key shots...wouldn't call them good shots, but shots that went in. He can elevate and has a quick release or did and isn't shy about shooting. He is a good athlete and have no idea if he plays more under control after playing some college. Now, I'll watch the video...
same! How did he and Braden work together? He seems athletic, not afraid to shoot, can get his own shot.So I sat beside Cam's dad in the Carmel sectional for a couple of games. newest update Ark offering 900K and Mich 1.5 to 1.7 MilOwen Freeman is on table with that being said No one else matters.
Oh damn. Is that ppl sayin that on their boards?newest update Ark offering 900K and Mich 1.5 to 1.7 Mil
that was over three years ago. It was basically those two that created for others. CAm was athletic (dad spent some time in the NBA) and certainly not shy about shooting. He elevates on his jump shot and can get it off any time he wants. I just don't know if he plays more under control at this time. He certainly wasn't afraid of the pressure. I haven't seen him play since then. Has some basketball genes with his dad and grandadCupps to portal….Dayton more than likely.

Would be a great option off the bench to back Braden up or just to get some offense from the bench.
Don’t get me wrong his game looks great, but if we could have a 3 man portal class I’d say he’d be the third we’d need. I wonder how his defense is this level…any insight there?
No Beef.......NO
His official post on entering the portal…he called it University of Indiana…..No Beef.......NO
I think he’d be a great backup to TKR!
HahahahHis official post on entering the portal…he called it University of Indiana…..
Did he decommit or what?
I’m from Evansville and his dad was the real deal at UE! Had such a sweet shot and quick release. I remember that game in the video. I saw UE play twice this year and Cam is definitely not his dad. I don’t believe he started those games and he does like to look for his shot. I don’t know if id say he played under control all of the time. He looked OK on an UE team that was not really very good. IMO both Harris and Cox are better and have more potential…that was over three years ago. It was basically those two that created for others. His dad led UE to the second round of the NCAA tournament the same year, 1988-89 I believethat was over three years ago. It was basically those two that created for others. This guy looks good and his description of his game he’s what we need and his description of playing to help his teammates and do what it takes to win…like to play aggressive D…
