How does this guy not have a scholarship offer?
He's playing in the best division in Texas leading the state in passing.
I don't understand but great find. Purdue should just give him a scholarship

Looking at his stats and there appears to be a big improvement from Junior to Senior year. 19 interceptions down to 4, with more touchdowns and passing yards.

I’m not a professional QB evaluator but the tape looks very very good. Especially for a PWO. Doesn’t have elite arm strength but does have incredible touch and accuracy down field.
