2 out of position

I hear you. Not an Ivey-like drive all the way to the hoop. Rather a few dribbles and pull up. Or learn from Loyer how to do a floater, they are certainly athletic enough to do that. It would be helpful when TKR is unable to get his normal offense. The opposing coach mentioned TKR’s incredibly high usage rate. That’s fine when it works but sometimes they force it when it has not worked all game. Back to Heide and Colvin you mentioned “if that is desired inside the offense Matt wants”. Maybe he doesn’t…yet.
Myles showed a good two dribble pull up last season. A bit strange that we haven’t seen it yet this season. As you mentioned, maybe that’s by design from Matt and PJ, who know infinitely more than I do. Seems that some counter is needed from Myles and Cam though.

I don’t understand why so many think TKR should play the 4. He's nowhere near a stretch 4 and wants to play in the low post. Since the other 3 bigs play exclusively in the low post, it appears counterproductive to have TKR at the 4.

I think TKR at the 5 and CH at the 4 is by far our best option. To me, the only way that changes is if one of CF, RB, or WB starts hitting 3s or midrange jumpers at a high clip.

Although, TKR guarding 7 footers isn’t ideal either, so I can see some matchups where at least defensively he needs to guard the 4 while one of the other bigs guards the 5 (enough rambling).

Trey is NOT a stretch 4 as you stated! However, he could play more of a traditional 4 and apparently that is where Matt would like to have him, but can't get the production out of the 5 to allow that IMO
