• 5pm - Baylor @ West Virginia - KenPom 28% chance of upset
• 7pm - Kansas @ Oklahoma - 38% chance of upset
• 9pm - Duke @ Florida State - 33% chance of upset
• 9pm - Wisconsin @ Northwestern - 50% chance of upset (?!)

Don't really get those Northwestern odds, but it'd be great for the Big Ten race if it happens.

If you take those KenPom odds as gospel then there is a 70% chance at least one of Baylor, Kansas, or Duke get upset tonight. All of these games have the favored team on the road.

They cover this easily against Northwestern, right??

... so sorry this must not have uploaded properly on Papa Del's wifi in Champaign, but I just re-uploaded, 24 hours late.

Thinking ahead to this game and one observation and one question stood out to me.

• IU has the #1 eFG% defense in the nation at 41.6%. We have the #2 eFG% offense in the nation at 58.5%. Illinois is ranked #16 defensively at 44.5% but still gave up a 51.5% eFG% to us today

Then, after Kofi's handling of our guys today.

• Who is the best 5 that TJD has had to face all year? Looking through their schedule it was tough to find a team where I could name their 5. Feel like we need to exploit the Edey-TJD matchup on offense.

2 things I noticed.
1: He took responsibility for the horrible play call with 10 seconds to go. In this day and age, you don't find to many people who take responsibility. Especially public figures that are constantly in front of a mic.

2: His appreciation for good basketball stands out in his interviews. He is quick to notice and compliment his opponent when seeing the aforementioned good basketball. Example: "We run more plays then the Cowboys and he(Trent Fraisor) knows everything that's going on out there. It's pretty impressive. I think he has a bright future."

Also, I was at the game yesterday. I give UI a 6.3 out of 10. Descent atmosphere, loud and engaging. Fans don't know the rules of basketball, like to whine, and a poor student section.

Looking at the revised BT schedule for 2022, noticed that 5 of Purdue’s opponents play against MSU the week before they play Purdue. Do you think Purdue could use this to their advantage?

You watch how soft this game gets called. I think we have finally realized what it’s like to be tough and physical! Credit Zach and Mason for that! I also think Jaden is seeing it. Tre can bang if he puts his mind to it, but he’s a little too finesse at times.

Actually I'll go one step further and say GREAT game Boiler fans. Obviously I wish the outcome would have been different but that double OT thriller was one of the most intense / entertaining Big Ten games I've seen in the past couple of years.

The crowd was rocking and loud af and you guys got the best of us on our court. Much respect to your team and Coach Painter.

Positives for Illinois is that Curbelo looks like he's good to go. I was so happy to see him on the floor today. Good player, even better person.

ABC news poll tries its best to shill for Biden, polling 76% non Republicans.
.....still his approval sucks. 44% in this heavily slanted, biased poll just shows how people really hate him. Incredible bad numbers on inflation, immigration, gun violence, crime & AFG all at 60-69% disapproval.
