Trump NY Criminal Case..... election interference at the highest level

With all the many reversible legal errors in this hoax sham Trump case by these NY Dem opperatives & Dem judge aimed at one goal..........a pre election conviction.

They don't care that it will be obviously overturned after the election due to all the many legal errors. They want to state that Trump is a convict to influence the election.

Is there ANYONE here who can make any case at all that this sham NY Lawfare case is NOT ELECTION INTERFERENCE @ the highest level.

Did Bragg stretch the law to prosecute Trump?

🤔

But the left will tell you this “was not politically motivated”. (🤣 NY DAs aren’t politically motivated 🤣)

If not politically motivated, why didn’t the Federal government prosecute the crime since it impacted a federal election? Could it be that at the federal level, it’s more difficult to get a guilty verdict (why is that?).

BUT, if this can be moved to a state court (far left venue) and the state can extend the statute of limitations, well, then the guilty verdict is easier to accomplish.

Why the Nazis were able to stay in power

"The Nazis crushed opposition through legal moves, fear and intimidation. Propaganda and social control kept the population in line. Popular economic and foreign policies encouraged widespread support.

The police force and people’s courts

Heinrich Himmler, the head of the SS, was also in charge of the police. This meant no-one investigated the crimes committed by the Nazis Special 'People's Courts' made sure that opponents of the Nazis charged with treason were found guilty, even if there was little or no evidence."

This is what's happening now. Courts that are 95% progressive do not give fair trials.
