Purue.

How many assists? How many did his man score? Shooting ain't the whole game. He looked VERY GOOD shooting it. I know he's a decent defender but he's always gotten beat too much which was ok when we had Zach back there. Now, not so much.
4 assists. Teammates missed some that they will hit. He scored more than his defender. Do you remember when he shut down TSJ at Illinois? How about Walker at Mackey in back to back games?

Trump’s real closing message: his kkklan rally at MSG

President of HLR was an elected position, not based on intellect, right?

Same for President of the US, obviously, or Biden would never have been elected and Kam would not be running.

I was asking schemdly what makes him think BHO was intelligent, not looking for the party line from you - although likely he would just repeat the party line.
Actually I believe that President of Harvard Law Review is chosen. It’s not elected in a sense that the law students vote.

In any event, while the judgment of any Harvard Law student could be questioned, every single student in Harvard Law School is extremely intelligent.

Goes for Vance at Yale Law School too.

If Berg isn't able to go @ the 5....

Perhaps our most talented lineup considering both sides of the ball might be........

TKR @ 5 and Heide @ 4
With the 5 guards rotating @ the 1-3 so we can run.

Might be a small lineup, but with quickness and rebounding guards, might work?
Heide did get several minutes at the 4 against Creighton, and it didn't go so well. He was often out of position, and on one possession totally lost his man on the perimeter for a wide open 3. Did the same thing while playing wing in the second half. Really, really poor showing by Cam. Inexcusable.

A poor kid from a broken home that, without knowing a soul, rose to become President of the Harvard Law Review and President of the United States.

Now your passive-aggressive questions have steered off to the ridiculous.
Sounds very similar to Tim Scott. Only difference is, BNI says Scott is a grifter and white surpremist.

I appreciate the conversation starter. But candidly, it's way too early to make some of the determinations people have made in this thread. That was the first time DJ, CJC, RB, and GH played against a crowd that size and against D1 opponents in a real game. I wouldn't expect them to have shown in that environment the same things they will show us in February. Some will improve. Some will fall off.

We likely won't have a good idea what the minutes distribution will be for several games.
Potentially.. Duke did just beat Arizona state by 59 with almost all freshman, so there is precedent for expectations for good freshman..

State of the Union

1) Brohm's timing, leaving and taking coaches and players with him, did not help the situation.
2) The Harrell/Card experiment turned out to be a mistake.
3) Don't know what was behind Walters hire but he was in a no win situation in both his first and second season especially since key players left after the 1st season killed this year.
4) Tough to recruit when the sword of Damocles is hanging over one's head.
5) IF they do not have a deal with a name Coach and arm him with NIL money this is not going to be Walters last year.
6) It sucks that IU is having a banner turn around but their Coach brought many players with him that knew his system.
7) The Northwestern game is a MUST win or it will get uglier.
8) Been though the highs, with Jack, Young and Brohm and been through the lows
9) NIL's will replace NLI's.
10) The ball is in the AD's hands and Purdue has to decide if they are going to pay the money necessary for a Coach and PLAYERS or it will be a death sentence to the bottom tier of the B1G for awhile.
No question that Brohm totally hosed us. We should have expected it I guess. He kept telegraphing he was going to leave at the first opportunity even though we broke the bank to pay him. Bobinski should have gone after a replacement for Brohm before we were dropped like a hot potato. Waiting destroyed everything that was supposedly gained while Brohm was here. I guess we made the most of a .500 record.

But we should look like we know what we are doing vs them, right? Vs say looking like we are playing flag football while they are playing tackle?
Yeah, the "hard schedule" excuse just does nothing for me. Oregon State is average at best, just got destroyed by an also average Cal, but ran up and down the field against our defense. We haven't been even competitive for a quarter against any good to great teams. Nebraska and Illinois each got 1 half of life, but I still contend that Nebraska would have scored 40 if not for the DPI calls only costing us 15 yards each time.
