I will try to post this as an update tomorrow, but I plan on tracking a few things as the year goes on. First, there are a number of records that Zach Edey is approaching. I have created a sheet to track them each game.
Also, I have a theory that Purdue will be virtually unbeateable if it hits two key stats per game: 15 turnovers or less and at least 35% from three. Turning the ball over is self-explanitory, but if Purdue can shoot 40% or better from three it is going to take something special for them to lose.
Tonight, Purdue had exactly 15 turnovers (three were by the walk-ons in the final minutes) and shot 55.2% from three, so that's one game where my theory is right.
