Here is some rumor data that I found that might have some merit:
Greg Swaim is posting on Twitter that he has "heard" that Texas A&M may be another piece in the next wave of realignment
Texas A&M leaves the SEC for the Big10 along with Miami
The SEC adds Clemson, FSU, and another to be name later - less likely to be UNC now
(UNC System just approved the measure to give them final say over athletic conference and they likely wouldnt approve UNC leaving without taking NC State)
The SEC doesnt really need A&M's Texas presence with Texas in the fold now and A&M doesnt want to be in the same conference as Texas. Trading away A&M to pickup a foothold in another market makes sense
