Braden Smith had 12 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 9 steals tonight. Wow, almost a quadruple double. Westfield beats Cathedral and Smith wins the MVP of the Hall of Fame Classic tournament in New Castle. Loyer and X Booker also named to the All Classic tournament team.

I can see B. Smith being a player other teams HATE to play against. A tough in your face pest, with a whole lot of talent.
Yep. He plays with an edge to him and will be that guy that earns a few technicals on the other team

There are flaws in his game and he's not perfect. He also wasn't recruited by the schools that matter. Looks like we "missed" again.
Yep. No major offers and no stars. Hopefully there is no mention of his BB IQ!!!
Thats old clips. There are newer ones that show him MUCH bigger and dunking with ease. Does not look like a project to me physically, though how well he grasps the game and/or game speed remains to be seen.

Yeah, that didn't look like a very physical game, but he sure moves well for his size. He has a good spot up game too, so it will be interesting seeing how Painter uses him.

This might be the year to have a 1 n done. Not sure who the alpha will be next year. Davis and Murray emerged out of nowhere for other teams so someone may step up.
I said I am all for going after him - you can never have enough dynamic guards. Just saying, Painter doesn’t usually offer these kids.
