Number 7 team wins by one in OT vs one of Purdue's worst teams in a decade = Weak-sauce. Boilers by double digits last year IIRC.

They seem to agree a lot on outrageous things, mostly on Snu's posts not being over the top or factually wrong.
Perhaps Snu has multiple personalities and enjoys trolling as a fan of different teams?
There is a good thread over there today where Snu has reemerged and claims all along he only siad it was "possible" for IU to be better then Purdue. He then goes on to berate and Purdue poster who called him out and he even said, "I prefer not to talk in absolutes".

What's wrong with Simpson? I think he will be solid. I love watching Purdue's defense. Despite the offensive struggles today, Purdue's defense stifled New Mexico today. That last 5 minute stretch was just masterful defense. I think Simpson projects to be better on defense than offense with that quickness and would be a great fit for you guys. Not sure how he will fit into Beilein's system, to be honest.

So you are telling me you would rather win a couple of games where the NCAA hand selects opponents and sites to generate golfing money for the NCAA for hand selected games than beat a schedule in advance against each other and the same competition in one year over 35 years of direct comparisons. and now you are talking about 1 year? Perhaps you didn't mean what you typed? If you didn't I don't know how to respond to what you wanted to say, but didn't. Would you rather lose to Purdue every season than go on a 35 year final four drought comprising of the hand selected teams that won against the hand selected teams that lost in the hand selected sites to make enough money to keep the NCAA in business? It appears you would rather lose for over a 100 years to Purdue every game you played Purdue as long as you got to the final four 3 years out of the 100 years even though you weren't good enough to beat Purdue and probably were not good enough under that scenario to do as well as Purdue against the same competition. I don't believe it and don't believe that is what you intended to say, but who am I to say what you didn't?
Post-season results are more important than 1 regular season game in a 32 game regular season.
