our inability to stop guards from driving and getting easy looks will be our downfall next month.
Tonight was like the team checked out and expected PSU to just roll over. Better to get that out of our system now than in the tourney.our inability to stop guards from driving and getting easy looks will be our downfall next month.
Face it. We are big with very good shooters. We're not athletic as a team. We were exposed tonight. Good win, but we'll see this again.

Don't know. But I have always been a leg man.........good legs usually leads to a good behind, and the rest is icing.Who is that? Always fancied myself a breast man, but dayum! She'd make me forget all about the upper half.

Purdue's won three straight road games decided by 5 points or less. That and when things aren't easy we are not great. Aside from Maryland, adversity is not a strength. Vince Edwards playing hot and cold could be a problem. Bad Vince = Early out
By some posts on here, you would think we lost by 20 last night.Purdue's won three straight road games decided by 5 points or less.
And that is after starting the year with a 2-4 record in games decided by 5 points or less (including OT games). Appear to be learning how to win close games. Important for the NCAAT, where many games come down to one or two possessions.Purdue's won three straight road games decided by 5 points or less.

"Greedy Biggie" could also be a problem. When he screams for the ball and is not open and the ball is forced in it could be a problem. I.E. if teams watch the game at Nebraska. Getting him the ball and forcing the ball to him are two different things. That and when things aren't easy we are not great. Aside from Maryland, adversity is not a strength.
