We didn't have the length and athleticism that Oregon had. Oregon's D was a lot better than ours.
Trust me I know that. But they still were not clicking on all aspects of the game like they were against us. Length or not.
Looks like Kansas definitely peaked against us. Jackson and Graham (especially) were not on tonight like they were against us. So many open 3's and nothing going in for Kansas. Oregon on the other hand played great. It also made me realize how close Michigan was to making the final four and also that our 32 point lose to Kansas should not define us and that we are closer to breaking through to a final four than that score would indicate. Of course there is a gap we need to close if we ever want to get there, but we got a bad match up practically on Kansas' home floor that shouldn't be overlooked. As someone else mentioned in a previous thread, I think if we got the draw Florida did, we too would be playing in the elite 8 on Sunday.
