Agree. You are given a pool of money for assistant coaches. You grab the ones of greatest importance. Depending on their experience and talent you have to pay more for their services. As you work your way down you balance the remaining allotment.

Now the coaches are coming in fast. The only one that I really wanted has now joined, the special teams coach who actually had special special teams. Hard watching missed field goals and botched kickoff and punt returns losing the ball. Maybe it'll be possible to see a return result in a TD. Definitely something to look forward to.

Here they come! Coaches are joining in droves to the point where I've lost track. I hope we'll have a full staff by the end of the weekend and they get to work quickly!!

I guess Scherer acts as the LBs coach as well as DC. We all know that area is in a serious need for improvement!
