I have a bachelors and a master's degree and I live in a fairly affluent part of Louisville. I went to the same high school as your coach and his brother. However, yes I do hunt and own an ATV. It is one of my favorite hobbies.

Petrino will be fired but I hope they wait until after the season. While I don't think Brohm would trade the good thing he has now for that job. I do think if they fire Petrino in the next few days (that's the rumor) Brohm will be inundated daily with question about it all just when he has Purdue on the cusp of getting to a big 10 championship game. That could be a big distraction for coaches, players and recruits.
True...but him staying despite Louisville’s overtures will send a positive signal to the 2019 and 2020 class about his future at Purdue

Not if he says no and moves on. I don’t think it will be an issue at all. He will have to address the recruits and let them know he isn’t leaving. I also don’t think they are going to fire their coach after one bad year, although the results plus a bad recruiting year is compelling, that buyout is pretty big considering other issues the AD is currently going through there.
