Cincinnati was the perfect match-up for us. They played just as well as we did, won what ended up being basically a coin-flip IMO. Several plays could have changed the outcome of the game.

Isaac played very well in the first half to make AJ's few minutes not matter as much as they should have. He has a fantastic future.

PJ didn't put up any stats, but I think he has a fantastic future.

Vince Edwards played one of the best games of his season, and he has a fantastic future.

We didn't hit our free throws and that is essentially how we lost. Good thing we're bringing in FT-champion, Ryan Cline.

I can picture KHC going up in flames in this loss, but let's face it, we weren't winning that national championship win or lose. We hit our goal of simply making the tournament and we should be proud of our Boilermakers for playing hard, especially when no one believed in them. We will be better next year, and I think under Matt Painter we'll be better the year after that.

I'm positive about this season because I am a koolaid-drinking, die-hard, win-and-loss-loving Purdue fan. What of it.
